Shipping Options

OPTION A TO-YOUR-DOOR SHIPPING

  • (Also sometimes noted as “Your Shipping – Boxed, Ready-To-Assemble”)
  • Transport delivery to your address
  • Outside delivery drop off to main door ground level (or on loading dock if available)
  • Items are shipped unassembled, boxed and possibly crated when appropriate
  • Assembly and wall-mounting not included in selection

OPTION B FULL SERVICE IN-OFFICE DELIVERY & INSTALLATION- MAIN FLOOR***

(Region of Waterloo and select locations)

  • Installation of commercial furniture
  • Assembly of Chairs
  • Maximum 2 floors above or below ground level
  • Un-package and place your items into position
  • Packaging waste – removal and recycling
  • Wall-mounting not included in this selection

OPTION C FULL PLUS IN-OFFICE DELIVERY & INSTALLATION, 2nd FLOOR AND ABOVE

(Region of Waterloo and select locations)

  • Includes all Full Service Delivery details PLUS:
  • Delivery upstairs 2+ floors
  • Full new product cleaning
  • Installation of Wall-Mounted items

OPTION D LOCAL STORE PICK UP (FREE)

  • Bring a suitable vehicle and we can assist you in loading your purchases into it.

ATWORK’S PROFESSIONAL OFFICE FURNITURE LOCAL DELIVERY SERVICES

Whether you are installing new furniture in your current office or outfitting a new location, nothing disrupts a work day more than a furniture delivery. Let our team of movers and installers help make your transition as seamless as possible. Our delivery team can help move extra items at a cost of $55 per hour per man. We can also arrange for deliveries to take place on a day that accommodates your schedule and causes the least amount of disruption.

Please note:

atWork Office Interiors does not deliver to PO Boxes.

It is your responsibility to ensure that doorways will accommodate the packaged product and that any unnecessary items have been removed from the installation area.

atWork Office Interiors deliveries are made 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday (except on holidays).

atWork Office Interiors reserves the right to cancel a purchase and refund customer if delivery area is unsafe or will result in an unreasonable amount of overtime.
